Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute company budget • Monitors office activity, including number of transactions, sales volume, etc. • Preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity. • Lead generation in conjunction with the sales team • Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders such as developers, institutions and retail clients • Innovative approaches to building client relationships and providing value outside of market norms • Effective and timely reporting on progress and make actionable recommendations • Execute departmental targets with while managing people to achieve financial targets • Manage and motivate sales team of three associates to effectively achieve targets as stipulated by management • Ability to coach, mentor and / or train sales team as and when required • Leads in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver annual reviews and performing coaching sessions. • Leads in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and • safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes. • Leads interviewing, hiring and training of new staff and team members • Keep up to date on latest trends in the market • Ability to maintain database of prospects, properties and clients and appropriately match all of them • Ongoing interaction with marketing and research to build brand awareness Skills and Experience: • Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field ; MBA an added advantage • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management; and business management • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities • Well-spoken, articulate and a careful negotiator • Assertive and previous experience in managing operations • Strong analytical skills • Proficient with MS Office • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously • Must be flexible in terms of working hours. • Adept reporting skills; ability to coach and delegate effectively • Must be able to plan and execute work schedules Application Process: Genesis Consult Ltd only accept CV in PDF Format to jobs@genesisconsult.net with subject title as ‘Corporate Sales Manager.’ No phone calls please.
